The class is made up of 3x10min blocks with different strength exercises. We treat the whole body and you work at your own pace. This class is suitable for everyone. There is some limited warm-up, so it is recommended to warm up on your own before the class.

Fitness training that can be supplemented with either strength or mobility. Simple, pre-choreographed steps give you the opportunity to take your pulse where you want. Energetic music and a good atmosphere will surely give you a great training experience.
