Velkommen til Puls Marikollen
Puls Kantor is the gym for you who want a quiet local gym with an adult clientele.
There are a maximum of 400 members, all aged 25 and over, who are allowed to use this centre. You therefore avoid an overcrowded centre. The center is unmanned and has long opening hours, so you can train when it suits you. The center is half full, so secure your place today.
There are no group lessons at Puls Kantor, but if you take out the Kantor+ membership, you will also have access to
Puls Langhus and Puls Trollåsen, both of which offer group lessons. Puls Kantor is not a hard gym, and you don't need to be well trained or have complicated training goals to train with us. Most people should find what they are looking for, but it is not designed for heavy lifting or bodybuilding.
Become a member at Puls Kantor if you want to train at "your own" training center right by the center of Kolbotn.
Open house January 2023.
Come in for a tour 5:00pm - 7:00pm on the following Tuesdays in January:
January 17, January 24, and January 31. When the center fills up, the traveling tours are cancelled.

As a member of Puls Follo, you get access to use GoActive. The application is used for booking group lessons and to lock in to the centre. Download the app as soon as you have become a member and start your training!
