This privacy policy is intended to provide information on how and why Puls Langhus, Puls Trollåsen, Puls Greverud and Puls Bøleråsen (Pulsgruppen AS) collect and process personal data. It is the general manager who is responsible for processing information that is collected and processed by us. The responsibility may be delegated to another position in everyday life. The privacy statement that follows provides the information that the privacy regulations require us to provide in connection with our processing of your personal data.

Legal basis for processing personal data:

Processing of personal data is not permitted unless there is a valid basis for processing. Such a basis for processing can, for example, be consent from the data subject, contract (conclusion of an agreement), law or that we, as data controller, have a "legitimate interest" that exceeds the data subject's claim to privacy. Our basis for processing is in most cases through the membership contract, and in some cases consent for other activities. At the start of processing of your personal data, we will always provide information on the basis of processing.

If Pulsgruppen AS is to process personal data of children under the age of 18, consent is required from the guardians. This is obtained upon enrolment.

Our use of personal data:

We collect and process personal data in order for us to be able to fulfill our agreement with our employees (management of employment relationships) and members (management of customer relationships), such as providing good service, entrance to the center and group lessons, informing about our products and services ( market activities). Use of information in connection with marketing activities is based on consent. For example, we offer individual and personal training as well as group training. When you visit us, your visit is recorded. The same applies to booking group lessons. Information we register is name, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address and type of membership. We collect the information from the registrant himself, via the online registration portal.

Disclosure of personal data - use by third parties

Registered personal data is treated confidentially with us and only those with an official need will have access to our personal registers. As a general rule, we will therefore not share personal data with anyone outside of us either. Note that in some contexts we will be obliged by law to hand over your personal data.

Astrofarm AS is our data processor, and therefore our supplier for the development, operation and maintenance of the customer system, booking systems, registration portal, as well as other interaction with members and customers. The information mentioned here is stored on servers operated by Astrofarm AS. Only Pulsgruppen AS and the supplier mentioned here have access to the information collected. A separate data processing agreement between the parties regulates which information the supplier has access to and how it is to be processed.

E-mail and telephone

Puls Langhus uses e-mail and telephone as part of its daily work to fulfill the company's tasks in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the Public Administration Act. The person responsible for customer contact in the department where the e-mail or telephone call is received has the daily responsibility for the processing of personal data in this context. In addition, Pulsgruppen AS employees use e-mail in general dialogue with internal and external contacts. The individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant, and at least every year to review and delete unnecessary content in the e-mail box. Upon resignation, the e-mail accounts are deleted, but certain relevant e-mails will normally be transferred to colleagues.

We draw your attention to the fact that regular e-mail is unencrypted. We therefore do not encourage you to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information via e-mail. Employees have an overview of the most recent calls on their phones. There is no other systematic recording of telephone calls where the caller can be identified.

Information about employees

Deletion routines for personnel data follow the Accounting Act and the Archives Act. Information about name, position and work area is considered to be public information and can be published on Puls Follo's website where it has a function. Email and mobile number will only be published if this is essential for the employee's work.

Storage of the personal data and deletion

We do not pass on your personal data to others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. Examples of such a basis would typically be an agreement with you or a legal basis that requires us to release the information. All processing of personal data that we undertake takes place within the EU/EEA area. Pulsgruppen AS deletes your personal data without undue delay when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, if you withdraw the consent that is the basis for the processing of the data, or you object to the processing and there are no more substantial legitimate reasons for the processing. If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, our processing of your personal data will cease, but will not affect the legality of a processing based on consent before the consent is withdrawn.

Request personal data

In addition to this, you can demand that incorrect data be corrected, supplemented or deleted by contacting customer service. You can contact customer service by e-mail to gain access to the personal data that Puls Langhus holds about you. You can also contact customer service if you would like further information about our processing of personal data.

Rights

You have the right to ask us for access, correction, deletion (unless we are obliged to keep the information), restriction of processing, and disclosure of your personal information (data portability). In addition, you can request us to end the processing of the personal data (for example withdraw your consent). If you ask us to make use of one or more of these rights, we will comply with the request, unless we are obliged to do otherwise, within one month of it being made. The requests can be addressed to our e-mail addressinfo@pulsfollo.no If you believe that we have broken the privacy regulations, you have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
