Want to dance your way into shape? Then this is the class for you! A fun class with choreography, where you dance your way into shape with a happy group. The class is well suited for those who are used to steps and choreography or have some previous experience with dance classes. Join us and feel the atmosphere!

After a good warm-up, in the main part we will put together dance steps for a longer choreography to fresh and modern music. We end the class with strength of the core muscles and the large muscle groups and a good stretch at the end. Aerobics is a fantastic cardio workout, but since you have to focus on the steps to come
