FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
The deck of cards
Duration: 55 min
Centre: Puls Trollåsen, Puls Langhus
All participants each receive their own deck of cards. The instructor has decided what the various categories mean, and the number on the card determines the number of reps. There is a great variety in the exercises, but you get to train the whole body, both strength and fitness. You control the pace completely yourself, and the instructor will be there for assistance and motivation along the way.
Circuit training
Duration: 45/55 min
Centre: Puls Trollåsen, Puls Langhus
Stationary training where the principle of variety is in focus. Different exercises meet you, and each week you will leave the class having trained your whole body. All the exercises can be made easier or harder and alternatives are given to you by the instructor. The class is therefore suitable for everyone
WoW - Workout of the Week
Duration: 55 min
Centre: Puls Trollåsen, Puls Langhus
A complete class where mobility, strength and endurance are combined. The instructor can adapt exercises to all levels and challenges. Equipment and time intervals are varied to challenge the energy systems and to increase your versatility and knowledge. You choose the load yourself.
