PT Group: Heavy Functional Strength, ladies w/Tanja Berg Gundersen
The focus of the PT group is to teach good technique in basic exercises, and when the technique fits as it should, train with heavier weights. It is not a prerequisite that you have trained a lot of basic lifting in the past, but you should have some experience with strength training.

Om Pt-gruppen
The focus of the PT group is to teach good technique in basic exercises, and when the technique fits as it should, train with heavier weights. It is not a prerequisite that you have trained a lot of basic lifting in the past, but you should have some experience with strength training. This is a group where enjoyment of training, mastery and a good feeling must be central. The group has a maximum of four participants to optimize follow-up and facilitation for the individual.
