This is strength training for those who want to challenge themselves both physically and mentally. You will be challenged, you will push boundaries, you will experience a sense of mastery, all while further developing your technical skills in strength training! The course focuses on tough and heavy strength training, but also elements of high intensity. The course will include, among other things; - basic lifting, boxing, kettlebells, mobility etc.
