The PT group Senior Low Threshold involves training with safe and simple exercises using body weight, sling, rubber bands and pilates ball. The main focus in this PT group is on strengthening legs, hips, core muscles and balance. All the exercises are adapted to the individual participant's needs, which makes this pt group suitable for all seniors who want to strengthen their body regardless of starting point
