Mother & child training with Anette (and Zoe👶)
Get a stronger body after birth, in a safe and gentle way, together with your child. There will be training for the whole body, with the main focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The classes are arranged so that everyone can train at their own level. Here you can train with your own body weight, and we have weights if you want to add more load after each
