🟠Level 1 - A lot of focus on pelvic floor training, core muscle training and gentle exercises that strengthen your body.

🟠Level 2 - Continued focus on pelvic floor training, core muscle training, but with a greater focus on strength training with tougher and more challenging exercises

🔸 Thursdays at 12:15 on Puls Trollåsen

🔸Start: Thursday 6 October

(Next course starts: 17 November)

🔵 Course participants also get access to use the hall downstairs for personal training with the child. Mondays at 12:15-13:30🥳👶🏼

🔹 Number of times: 6 times 🔹Price: NOK 2250,- 🔹Max: 6 participants

The course is open to both members and non-members. 🔹The lessons take place in a separate closed room. 🔹Cleaning and disinfection is done both before and after the lesson.

Get a stronger body after birth, in a safe and gentle way, together with your child. It will be training for the whole body, with the main focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The classes are arranged so that everyone can train at their own level. Here you can train with your own body weight, and we have weights if you want to put on more stress eventually 😁
